We provide specialist surveying, and when required, project management service in resolving claims for:-

We particularly focus on the High Net Worth and major and complex claims, albeit we also aid the determination of cause and policy liability issue including, legal disputes and recoveries for lesser value claims.

A significant proportion of our surveying solution relates to buildings insurance claims.  We assist insurers, their policyholders and their advisers on insured peril matters, such as fire, flood, escape of water and contamination through to specialist matters, such as subsidence.  Our in-house expertise deliver a national service.

Adjudication

The majority of construction disputes can now be resolved by statutory or commercial adjudication.

Our team includes consultants who are highly experienced in both acting as party representatives and acting as Adjudicators.

This experience and expertise will be utilised throughout the management of your case.  We will ensure that the appropriate timescales and procedures are complied with and that your case is presented in as forceful and effective manner as possible.

Arbitration

In certain situations, it may be appropriate for your construction dispute to be referred to arbitration.

In such circumstances, we will either work alongside your existing legal team or we will advise you on the appointment of a suitably experienced solicitor to deal with the care and conduct of the arbitration proceedings.

We will maintain our involvement in the case, acting as your arbitration case manager. We are also able to provide independent expert evidence whenever this is required.

Litigation Support

In some situations, it may become necessary for your construction dispute to be dealt with by litigation.  If so, we are also able to provide you with litigation support.

We will either advise you on the appointment of a suitably experienced solicitor to deal with the care and conduct of the litigation proceedings, or we will work with your alongside your existing legal team.

We will maintain our involvement in the case, acting as your case manager. We are again also able to provide independent expert evidence whenever this is required.
